Millennium Place Mirdif

I was impressed by the quality of the accommodation in terms of cleanliness, well-organized facilities, and the professionalism of the staff. The high level of service contributed to a comfortable and exceptional stay.

I recently stayed at the Millennium Hotel Mirdif, a new property with spacious rooms and reasonable amenities, based on a friend's recommendation who lives nearby. Unfortunately, my initial experience left me quite disappointed. The room I booked was supposed to include a sofa bed, but it didn’t, and despite reaching out to the front office, several hours passed without any resolution. Given the hotel’s apparent busyness—despite being off-season in Dubai—I was eventually given an extra bed, but it was far from comfortable, leading to a sleepless night. The following morning, breakfast was equally underwhelming, so I requested a room change. The new room was an improvement, but again, issues persisted: the stove didn’t work, and the AC stopped functioning after midday. Frustrated, I went to the reception and asked to speak to a manager—this was when I met Jawad. Jawad’s professionalism, patience, and dedication were immediately apparent. He listened attentively to all my concerns and assured me everything would be resolved. True to his word, he upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment that was perfectly equipped and extremely comfortable. Jawad even provided his direct contact and encouraged me to reach out if we encountered any further issues. What truly stood out was Jawad’s commitment. Before we checked out, he graciously invited us to lunch and apologised for the initial setbacks. His approach to resolving our concerns not only salvaged our stay but also became a memorable experience. It’s rare to find someone who takes full ownership of a problem and goes the extra mile to make things right. Jawad is an asset to the Millennium Hotel, and thanks to him, I would return and recommend this property.

Overall we like everything our room was ugraded from studio to 1 bedroom and it was perfect and very relaxing. The location is within the resisidential area far from the highway so it was very quite and exactly what we want. Breakfast was great. They have free bicycles if you want to do biking and their pool located at the 5th floor has a nice infinity view towards the park.

Friendly staff, very clean amenities (restaurant, pool). Rooms were cleaned to a wonderful standard and appliances were all in good working order (kettle, washing machine).

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also perfect, close to everything. A small point for improvement would be faster check-in and a bit more variety in the breakfast options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
